Q: What is the warranty on individual parts?
A: All parts are warranted by Brightis Technology for 30 days after delivery. Defective products will be replaced or returned for full credit during this period. Most parts also have manufacturer warranties ranging from one to five years.

Q: What is the warranty on complete systems?
A: Systems built by Brightis Technology come with a 90 day warranty on parts and labor.

Q: Why is the warranty on systems only 90 days?
A: The 90 day warranty is designed to provide you with the best possible combination of price and service. By offering a 90 day warranty Brightis Technology can sell systems for the lowest possible price while still protecting you against the small amount of computer parts that fail soon after being put into use.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: Parts and systems may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Systems and opened parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There are NO RETURNS on software.

Q: How is the sales tax calculated?
A: The sales tax is calculated based on the ZIP code of the shipping address. In some cases the sales tax rate may be calculated incorrectly because of ZIP codes that span areas with different local sales taxes. All orders are manually reviewed and any tax calculation errors will be corrected.
